Future Engineers Camp disclaimer
For the refund policy stated below, the payment date is the date/time a payment was made, the refund date is the date/time a refund is requested, and the class date is the starting date/time of the class that the payment is being made for.
A refund is transmitted to you in the same method as your original payment (e.g. by check or as a refund to your card). Refunds for credit/debit card payments can be automatically processed through our payment processor, Braintree Payments, and will reach your bank account within 5 - 10 days. Refunds for check payments incur a non-refundable $20 administrative fee, and can be picked up in person or be sent to you by mail.
Credits only be used toward future classes that you have no existing enrollment for. Credits do not expire. The credit cannot be used toward a refund on a past payment, or toward a class that you have already made a payment for.
Here are our rules in order of precedence (i.e. the first rule that applies to your situation will be how we assess the refund):
- If the class dates 24 hours or less from the refund date, any cancellations are nonrefundable and cannot be used for credit.
- If the class date is 30 days or less from the refund date, an enrollment can be canceled for 50% refund.
- A refund date made more than 30 days from the class date is fully refundable.
If a registered student refers another student, both parties will receive a credit of $20 in the form of a gift card given on the first day of class. The referent (the party that receives the referral) must specify the referrer during the registration process to be eligible for the $20 bonus. There is no limit to the amount of credit you can receive from referrals, but the referral credit is not eligible if both parties are in the same family.
Pay the standard registration fee (minus any discounts) for one student and receive $20 off for each additional student registered within the same family. Credit applied automatically during checkout. Note: the sibling credit may be combined to recieve the multi-week credit, but not the referral credit
